We are using the hottest techniques to study how the microtubule skeleton is regulated
In vitro Microscopy
We study isolated microtubules and MAPs to directly observe their
interaction.
Cell Assays
We manipulate cells to understand what the cellular function of MAPs on microtubules is and how MAPs are involved in diseases.
ELECTRON MICROSCOPY
We look at MAPs and microtubules with EM to learn about the structure
of MAPs.
